Hi!! Thank you for stopping by,,
My name is Sheila I have 3 sons, and now,, I'm a first time grandma, another boy,, :) ... A foster parents for 9 years and over 150 children came through our home (and I miss them so much) but after we decided it was time to let someone else take over. I really burried myself in painting.
I have been painting, decorating and creating for as long as I can remember,,I had a teacher in 4th grade that taught us to knit after school, sewing in 7th grade. And that was the beginning...
I have never had a painting class,,I guess it's a God given gift and like my Dad, He could make or build anything he set his mind to, he was always making something. I spent many years in the garage with him learning all kinds of things I would turn our house upside down,,cleaning , moving furniture, painting and decorating,, my mom never knew what she would come home to,,and she never got mad.. . To top it off, I had an uncle with a antique junk store, it was heaven. So that was the beginning of my love of misfits, antiques, and unusual finds,, nobody wanted, and the older the better. I love to imagine the story behind them.
I love to paint shabby chic,romantic cottage, rose decor, It is so warm, romantic and charming.
I get to meet soooo many nice people, and I truley appreciate all of you and thank you for letting me do what I love.
